Fat Grafting Gallery

Fat grafting, also known as fat transfer, is a procedure designed to enhance and rejuvenate your body's contours. This technique involves harvesting fat from one area of the body and injecting it into another to add volume, improve shape, and achieve a more balanced appearance.

This is a 50-60-year-old female with a history of breast cancer who previously underwent a bilateral mastectomy with implant-based reconstruction in 2014. She came to our office with several cosmetic concerns. Her primary concern was a lack of projection, but she also had implant rippling medially. We addressed her concerns with bilateral implant removal and replacement with a higher profile and larger implant. We also performed a capsulectomy and breast fat grafting from the abdomen.

We have another example of abdominoplasty and fat grafting. The below before and after images highlights a 50-60-year-old female who came to our office with concerns regarding the appearance of her abdomen and buttocks. She had fairly significant rectus diastasis, as well as excess skin with abdominal striae and increased adiposity of her abdomen and flanks. For her buttocks, she did not want an overly dramatic change but simply improved definition and slight increase in projection. She also did not want any change to her hips. We helped her address these concerns through an abdominoplasty, liposuction and BBL.

This patient is healing very well and is happy with her results thus far. In time, we expect for her incisions to lighten/soften and swelling to continue to decrease.
